LONGEVITY FRIENDS
The Longevity Friends (LF) Team act as “ wellness concierge” who´s purpose is to optimize the guest´s wellness experience and guide them on a journey towards a healthier lifestyle. Longevity Friend´s offer guests a single access point of information for guests to choose from a broad range of Longevity Wellness Experiences - activities, Spa, Restaurant, amenities and guest services.
RESORT TOUR
The Resort Tour is a unique opportunity for guests to learn about Longevity´s integrated wellness concept and all of the comprehensive wellness services, spaces, activities and amenities created to balance body, mind and soul.
NATURE
From a simple contemplation of the surrounding nature, to nature walks in the trails of the Monchique Mountains, or more intensive activities such as downhill mountain biking, climbing, canoeing; there are many options for nature lovers to explore in and around the resort, adopting a healthy lifestyle and breathing fresh air.
LONGEVITY VITALITY PLAN
All our rates till 31st December 2011 include complImentary access to Longevity Vitality Plan – a daily schedule of activities to promote body revitalization and entertainment - Activities subject to pre-registration and subject to change without prior notice; Guests must be 16 years and older to participate in Vitality Activities.
Please contact the Spa Reception (level 6) or the Longevity Friends Desk (level 7), upon arrival for information about reservations and prices (applicable in some of the activities).
YOGA
Any guest can participate in a paid group or individual Yoga class available every week at the resort.
The resort also organizes Yoga Retreats (see details of the next Yoga retreats below).
