Longevity Medical Spa offers à la carte treatments, 2 to 7 nights' SPA programs, and exclusive structured Wellness and Anti Aging programs , ranging from 3 to 28 nights, that aim to achieve specific goals during the guest's stay and providing important teachings for the post-stay in the 3 areas that we present below.
Medical Spa Policy: Please note that Medical Spa areas and Indoor Heated Pool are only allowed for over 16 years old.
Accommodation Rates don't include access to the Longevity Medical SPA facilities, I.e. gym, sauna, Turkish bath, sensation showers and indoor heated pool. To get access to this area there is a daily fee of 25€ per person. Guests under health & wellness programs or with spa treatments benefit from complimentary access during the period of the treatment or program. Gym is opened from 8:30 to 20:00 and Spa from 10:00 to 20:00 daily.

Preventive Medicine and Aging Management
The Longevity Medical SPA in its medical aspect has as main objective the prevention of disease and maintenance of quality of life in aging. It is dedicated to a modern preventive medicine, characterized by assessment, detection and prevention of risk factors and unhealthy lifestyles to health and wellbeing.
Its action takes place mainly through health programs held at the Longevity Wellness Resort Monchique.
