An accomplished hotelier with more than two decades of international experience in operating luxury resorts, hotels and spas, Luis Fernandes joined the Longevity Group in 2011 to manage the revenue growth, wellness & luxury refocusing and service delivery of the Longevity Wellness Resort, and the global expansion of the Longevity Resorts and Longevity Medical Spa brands.

A highly experienced spa management professional with a distinguished background in developing and operating leading spas throughout Portugal, Teresa Malheiro joined the team at Longevity Wellness Resort Monchique in March 2010 as chief wellness officer and director of the Longevity Medical Spa.
